1. Please provide a sufficient amount of samples according to the requirements of the project in the application form, if you are not clear about the preparation of the sample amount, you can directly consult with our business or customer service personnel;

2. The samples should be packaged appropriately according to the state of the samples in order to avoid contamination, confusion or leakage of the samples;

3. If the sample is couriered to our company, please leave your contact information and the name and contact information of our business or customer service personnel in the courier slip.

1. After receiving your samples and application form, we will provide you with a quotation within 0.5 working days and fax or email it to you, if there is any problem, we will contact you in time to solve it.

2. In order to avoid delaying the progress of sample testing, please arrange confirmation and payment as soon as possible after receiving our quotation and fax or email the remittance voucher.

2. If you fax the payment voucher, please indicate your contact information so that we can identify your payment information;

3. If you make payment in your personal name, please indicate the name of the company you are paying on behalf of.

We start arranging tests after receiving your confirmed quotation and payment;

1. To enquire about the testing progress of the samples, please contact our customer service staff as mentioned in the quotation;

We will issue the test report according to the information in your application form and the agreed requirements. After we confirm receipt of your payment, we will send the original report and invoice to you according to your request.

If your payment arrival is not received after the test is completed, no fax or courier report will be sent until your bank payment information is received.
